I love the way the news coverage always reports that he's married with three grown children - the implication being that he can't possibly be homosexual. Under other circumstances these facts wouldn't matter but he married after the first scandal in the early 80s and his children are all adopted.
ReplyDeleteHere in Idaho they'll be more upset by his homosexuality than anything else - if he can convince them (not out of the realm of possibility given the general state of denial here -Bush is most popular in this state at present) it was all a misunderstanding -they'll vote for him again.
