Free Speech will apparently get you arrested, but which speech depends on who is in power. If you were to wear a shirt praising the Iraq War and it's cost in lives and money and lost security, would the Mall Police still arrest you?
This should not happen in my America:
An 80-year-old church deacon was removed from the Smith Haven Mall yesterday in a wheelchair and arrested by police for refusing to remove a T-shirt protesting the Iraq War.
I'll be traveling today and performing civic duties this evening. You'll have to maintain the outrage without me.

It appears he was doing a little more than just wearing a T-shirt protesting the war. Either way, it sounds as if his message has spread wider than just in the mall.
